This Smoked Salmon is produced for us by Remember the Past, a wonderful bunch of people dedicated to keeping traditional smoking methods alive and making quality produce.

The salmon is smoked using applewood, oak logs and oak form chardonnay barrels giving it a wonderfully rich smoke flavour whilst maintaining its intense salmon flavour and ensuring it doesn't dominate it compleatly.

It comes long sliced, skin off, has no preservatives or colourings and is frankly extremely moreish. Selected from a vast offering of Smoked Salmons, we feel that this is the perfect one for our members. It is the finest Scottish sustainable salmon and is 100% natural.

This is a 2/3lb side and will serve around 6 to 8 people.
