Fresh Black Autumn Truffles are flown in direct from the Perigord region of France to ensure premium quality and optimal freshness. The Perigord Truffles are considered the most refined of Black Autumn Truffles with delightful earthy flavours.

The search for these delicate truffles was traditionally carried out by trained pigs who were treated to a snuffle of truffle in reward for each find. Nowadays, specially trained dogs are used to search out this culinary gold.
