Our hand selected White Alba Truffles, also known as the 'unbelievable diamonds' of the culinary world are nothing short of mesmerising. The white veining and marbling throughout the White Alba Truffle produce an aroma and flavour that is gastronomically unique and wonderfully intoxicating. It is possible to buy other truffles, however the White Alba is without doubt the 'King of Truffles'.

Alba truffles come from a small market town of the same name in the truffle producing region of Peidmonte in Northern Italy. At the beginning of each week during the truffle season, the local truffle hunters gather in the town of Alba and depending on how many truffles are available, the global price is set per kilo.

Once purchased, we fly the truffles directly to London and courier them to you within 24 hours to ensure maximum freshness and optimum quality.

Based on the quality of the 2009 Summer Truffle yield, we expect this year to be a great year for the White Alba Truffles however, this will be dependent on the amounts foraged by the infamous Alba Truffle Hunters.

Note: A good sized truffle usually ranges between 30g and 110g. Truffles should be consumed more or less immediately although they can last for up to 7 days in a normal domestic fridge.
