This is a rare single estate olive oil made from 100%pure Perenzana olives from the Pensato Olive Grove nestled amongst the gently sloping Apulian hills. It is within these surroundings, on this mixed land, that only the very best olives ripen.

The olives are handpicked the moment they are ripe and then specially selected, cleaned and cold pressed in pink granite mills in accordance with the age-old tradition.
